They Lie Like Dogs.

Shit. They are dogs. Socialist bastard dogs. Napalitano, Holder, et al.  They sure as hell have read the Arizona Law. And have had a steady stream of Layers and Advisers commenting to them on the Law. As long as these slippery scum bags say “I have not read that Law”, they can continue to denigrate it and the people who are behind it with out having to be specific about what exactly the objection is.
